Shipping Notification and Receipt

Most items do not require a signature upon delivery, though the carrier may add a signature requirement based on the delivery location if they feel that leaving it may create a risk. LTL freight deliveries also require a signature. Note that person signing must be 18 or older.

Items Not Received

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not yet received your order, please contact us. Most times this can be resolved within 2-3 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package each order to prevent damage, but accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving damaged items.
  • Take a photo of damaged items.
  • Keep all packaging and packing material.
  • Prepare the damaged merchandise for pickup.

*Note: If you receive a freight shipment that is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and do not sign anything.

Returns After 60 Days

We accept return for any reason within 60 days after buyer receives the item(s). Need to return something that was delivered more than 60 days ago? It'll be subject to manufacturer approval, plus a 50% restocking fee and shipping costs if the manufacturer will accept it. Give us message on ebay and we'll help get the process started.

Defective Product

Please tell us your car's year, model and cab style or Vin code.

When we received your pictures, we’ll make it right within 24 hours.

Damaged Product
Items ship out all the time, and sometimes accidents happen. Though rare, sometimes items can arrive to you with damaged packaging. Please let us know and take a photo to show your damaged products.

Incorrect Product
Incorrect orders happen, we understand. If you receive an incorrect order or if we guaranteed fitment over the chat and the product does not fit your truck or car give us a message. Sometimes it's a simple fix, and if not we'll get the return process started. Either way, we'll make it right.

Lost Package
Processing time differs from order to order, but shipping is always on us. If your package tracking information says delivered but you haven't received it yet, let us know. We'll get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we can't find it, we'll ship a new product and handle the claim.
First, double check the package isn't hidden or with a neighbor or roommate for safe keeping. If it's still lost, let us know so we can file a claim. We'll process your replacement and handle the details so you can rest easy.

Warranty Claim

We handles missing parts, damages, returns, lost package claims, and other inquiries within 30 days of receipt of your order. For issues outside of this time frame please contact the manufacturer warranty department directly. This will streamline the resolution process and prevent communication gaps, which can cause your claim to be further delayed. Below you will find a list of the documentation that they may require so you can begin your request.
